We want you to love your PeePals mat! We are so sure you’ll be happy with your purchase that we offer a “14-Day Money-Back Guarantee” or an exchange from date of purchase.  Returns can be completed in 3 easy steps! So go ahead, shop with confidence we’ve got you covered!

CANADIAN RETURNS:

Step 1.  Please contact us first peepalsinfo@gmail.com to receive a Return Label

Step 2. Print your return label

Step 3. Once you have printed the return label, please drop off your package at the nearest Canada Post location or schedule a pickup. To schedule a Canada Post, pick up, please contact 1.800.260.7678

In Canada, shipping costs of returned items within the 14-Day period are at the expense of PeePals.  If returns are accepted outside of the 14-Day period, shipping costs are at the expense of the Purchaser. Shipping charges will apply if an order is mistakenly placed, or the shipping address was entered incorrectly.  There are no returns or exchanges on any sale items. PeePal mats will not be able to accept returns if the mats have been damaged by washing mishaps such as blotching, discoloration, shrinkage, misuse, accident, modification, or repair. 

USA RETURNS:

Step 2. Print your return label

Step 3. Once you have printed the return label, please drop off your package at the nearest Courier location.

In USA, shipping costs of returned items within the 30-Day period are at the expense of the Purchaser.  Shipping charges may will apply if an order is mistakenly placed, or the shipping address was entered incorrectly.  There are no returns or exchanges on any sale items. PeePals mats will not be able to accept returns if the mats have been damaged by washing mishaps such as blotching, discoloration, shrinkage, misuse, accident, modification, or repair.
